The Chow Rescue Fund is a committee of the NECCC that provides financial assistance to owners of chow chows who need care. We are dedicated to insure that no chow has to be euthanized simply because their caretaker is financially challenged. The Chow Rescue Committee also assists in rescue situations and provides food or supplies. The Chow Rescue Fund Committee will accept applications from individuals and families that require financial assistance to provide medical or surgical treatment that will extend both the quantity and quality of the life for their pet. NECCC is a nonprofit organization.
